The plugin validates phone numbers on the block-based checkout page and on the My Account > Edit Address page, so customers get the same validation everywhere they update their number.
When editing an order in the admin, the plugin checks whether the billing phone already appears on other orders (within the last year, up to 20 results) and shows a warning listing those orders, so you can investigate suspicious or repeated phone numbers. Orders from the same customer are excluded from the warning.
